Why does the site look weird?
If something looks unusual or out of place when you visit IGMO, it may be one or more of the following reasons:
- You’re still using Internet Explorer 6. If you are, it means that the software icons won’t display properly unless you upgrade to IE7.
- If you have Javascript disabled, the icons at the top will remain static.
- For some browsers, text size can influence how the pages are displayed. Firefox, in particular, should have its text size set to ‘Normal’ (shortcut: Ctrl + 0).
- IGMO will look strange on screen resolutions lower than 800 x 600 pixels.

Our first tutorial has now been officially released online. The tutorial teaches Inkscape users how to use gradients and Bezier curves.
The final result looks like this:

Our work is now licensed under Creative Commons
It was only yesterday when I realised that I wanted my tutorials to be shared and modified by other graphics artists. As a result, I have decided to license all IGMO content (including tutorials) under a Attribution-Noncommercial 2.5 Creative Commons license

Seeing as I live in Australia, all content on IGMO are governed by the Australian jurisdiction. Please note that the license do not allow you to share or remix the work for commercial purposes unless you have my permission to do so.
IGMO has been unleashed
After purchasing hosting and the domain, igmo.info, I am pleased to announce that IGMO is now officially online. Thanks to a special deal by DreamHost, I was able to purchase 500gb of space and receive 5tb (5000gb) of monthly bandwidth. All this costed me $22.40 for one year. Bought paid hosting with DreamHost (www.dreamhost.com). I got one year of hosting for $22.40, with 500gb of space and 5tb of bandwidth.
I’m far more happier with their features and uptime, compared to free hosts which I’ve used in the past. And now that I’ve got a lot of room to move, be sure to check regularly to see the latest community developments, downloads and , most importantly, the tutorials.
