Why does the site look weird?

If something looks unusual or out of place when you visit IGMO, it may be one or more of the following reasons:

1. You’re still using Internet Explorer 6. If you are, it means that the software icons won’t display properly unless you upgrade to IE7.
2. If you have Javascript disabled, the icons at the top will remain static.
3. For some browsers, text size can influence how the pages are displayed. Firefox, in particular, should have its text size set to ‘Normal’ (shortcut: Ctrl + 0).
4. IGMO will look strange on screen resolutions lower than 800 x 600 pixels.
